Social Parasite is the debut album by Industrial Noise/ Post-Industrial project Slug Death. Pounding rhythmic noise, abrasive synth squeals, tribal drums and insane distorted vocals are all here.
This is an album I made about a year ago of pounding industrial stuff. I actually made a bunch of other albums for the project in various styles, but haven’t released any of them. But yeah, this exists and you can download it for free.
Fad Gadget “Lady Shave”
I need more Fad Gadget in my life. Some of the best badass dark minimal synth / ebm / industrial jams. Frank Tovey made a lot of good stuff, it’s a bummer he died so young.
Foetus - I’ll Meet You in Poland, Baby
This is probably my favorite Foetus song. The more of his stuff I hear the more I realize JG is a genius and I feel dumb for not getting into him the first time around when I was initially getting into industrial.

Headcleaner - Tabula Rasa
an absurd and impossible question, in all honesty, but this piece was a watershed moment for neubauten (by ende neu they had totally changed lineup and direction). headcleaner has some of the most thrilling noise that neubauten or anyone ever came up with across 16 minutes.
This is one of my fave tracks by them too! Tabula Rasa was actually the first EN album I owned. This is by far one of the best industrial noise tracks ever, it’s so focused and intense.
Swans - A Screw (Holy Money)
One of my fave Swans tracks. Always dug the monolithic pound of it, and when the vocals finally come on it’s this awesome mantra.
Thug - Fuck Your Dad
One of my best friends once told me that he liked music that would shock the common person, but I liked music that would cause the common person to drop dead.
This is awesome. Fucking dense industrial noise jams with a sense of humor.
My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult - Kooler Than Jesus
More TKK jams. Cool collage video for one of my fave songs of theirs. I love their first couple albums and a lot of the stuff that came out on wax trax in general. Pretty much the closest I generally come to EBM these days.
The modern shit is just so damn soulless in comparison, I don’t so much dig that slicker fruity loops sounding shit. It’s okay if you’re in a club, but like a lot of dance music it’s only functional and if you aren’t dancing it isn’t worth much.
But yeah, I dig this.
