This is a fucking intense and awesome song / video my friend Una put togetehr for her project Orphanspace. Raw experimental noise jams with a ritualistic bent. Looking forward to more of the new stuff! (be warned though that the video contains some self mutilation).

I made this last night. I also poured all my liquor down the sink. I’m still not sure why.

 The track you hear is my project, Orphanspace. In this video I kill & eat a dress. (The dress is part of #82.) This is one of the few songs on the EP without lap dulcimer, which I am practicing more often in preparation to record a full-length album (#68).

This song and video are great. The music is very minimal tribal-ish percussion and the vocals are kind of disembodied and bluesy in a really nice way.

Yes, this actually is related to the list- specifically, #28: raise money for the Out of the Darkness walk (for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention).

A drawing involving blood and donuts is one of the prizes going to Sammy, who donated $100. (I’ve surpassed my fundraising goal, by the way. Thank you to everyone for their donations and support!) I’ll be posting more of Sammy’s loot here in the coming weeks since it’s related to a list goal.
